Noonday Facebook Giveaway

Most of y'all know and love Noonday Collection, a business started by my dear friend Jessica to help fund Jack's adoption from Rwanda. Noonday sells jewelry made by women all over the world. This provides a steady, fair income for many women...which is one of the best way to aid the orphan crisis! Many children who come into orphanage care are there because their parents died...but many are there simply because their moms can't afford to feed them. The answer is steady, fair wage employment for their moms (and dads).

Matilda Jane - adorable kids' clothes - partnered with Noonday to design some items, including this Weekender Bag modeled here by Esperanza and Charlotte in Rwanda. We were blessed to pay for Esperanza's sewing school and here she is on the left!

Jessica is giving one of these bags away today. All you have to do is like their facebook page and leave a comment listing your two favorite blogs to be entered to win. If you share it, you get another comment. Hurry up! Contest ends today!

I would LOVE to see Noonday get 1,000 more likes on facebook. Are y'all in??

  1. I'm in! I just (finally) joined FB two weeks ago . . . so I'm still finding organizations to "like." Thanks for the link to Noonday on FB -- you made it easy for me!

  2. It is wonderful to hear that not only are people prepared to adopt orphans, but also prepared to help prevent others becoming orphans too. I will have a look at the Noonday website. Thanks :-)

  3. It's Almost Naptime and The Way I Say. :-)
